Hi there people... I'm in need of some advice. Recently, I went on a short backpacking trip with a friend through the Angeles reserve mountains. As we were setting up for camp during the evening, I noticed a little bobcat dodging around our camp area. It wasn't bothering us, so I paid it no mind. Come the next day, we're setting up for a late brunch before we head back to camp, and as we're getting our fragrant items out of the bear box, we see the bobcat lurking close. I tossed a piece of meat away for it to go after, but to our surprise it lunged at us and stole all our premium meats (including beef tongue)! They're in a closed container, but we can't get it back. Any tips to beat a bobcat in a game of capture the meats?
